Carrière did not provide a description or diagnosis to validly publish H. hibernica independent of his H. hibernica aureo-marginata and H. hibernica marginata, both of which were described, so none of these names was validly published under Shenzhen ICN 35.1, and thus Shenzhen ICN 41.4 cannot be applied to base the species on Kirchner's basionym
