  • a proposal for conservation (nom. cons., Shenzhen ICN 14.10-11) over the earlier homonym (Shenzhen ICN 53) Bellidiastrum Vaill. was rendered unnecessary by the suppression of Steinwehr's translation of Vaillant's work (Shenzhen ICN App. I), effectively eliminating Vaillant's competing generic name, but the accompanying proposal to conserve the spelling Bellidiastrum against Scopoli's original spelling "Bellidastrum" has not been resolved
  • all accepted species are in GRIN
